Purchases and disputes

Beatcast is sold exclusively through the Apple App Store, and Apple is the seller of record: your purchase contract is with Apple, Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions apply, and refunds and any statutory right of withdrawal are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. I am not a party to that contract and cannot issue refunds.

For anything about the app itself, write to contact@beatcast.app. I do not take part in a consumer arbitration scheme, but every message is answered. Consumers in the EU can get free advice from the European Consumer Centre Austria (europakonsument.at).
